The Villar Group of Companies successfully launches the Philippines’ first and biggest property event of the year—The ViCon. Featuring the most sought-after brands, from its residential products to its premium commercial spaces, the event allowed consumers from all across the globe to connect, explore, and own.
Participants from all around the world gathered last June 24 and 25 to participate in the Philippines’ first and most extensive virtual property event of the year, The ViCon. Featuring the country’s most trusted brands in real estate, including Camella, the event was an informative one that brought people closer to their investment opportunities.
Presented by the Villar Group of companies, The ViCon showcased the group’s residential products and premium commercial spaces. It was also an excellent opportunity for the group to showcase its complete product offerings—the longtime vision of the group’s Chairman, Sir Manny B. Villar, Jr.
These offerings include its commercial development arm, Vistamalls, Golden Haven. Also in attendance are AllHome, Coffee Project, Crystal Clear, and Streamtech. These participating brands gave away prizes from gift checks to appliance showcases worth P30,000 to a total of 150 participants throughout the two-day event.
The first day of the event featured plenary talks from experts in the real estate industry and its consumers. The first in The ViCon’s speakers roster is David Leechiu, CEO of Leechiu Property Consultants, Inc., who gave tips and shared his own experiences in real estate investing here in the Philippines. Next was Mr. Joey Roi Bondoc, research division head at Colliers Philippines, who delivered a report on the current state of real estate and what to look forward to in the segment’s recovery.
Adding to these investment and real estate tips, Pam Pastor from the Philippine Daily Inquirer also gave insights into the expectations of millennials as real estate consumers. Lastly, on the more practical side, the Villar Group’s very own retail and commercial interior designer, IDr. Doris Dy gave tips on how to make the most out of a small space.
To wrap up the first day of the event and complete every attendee’s knowledge about real estate, The ViCon also invited all its partner banks to present financing options with event-special promos that homebuyers can avail of. In attendance were representatives from AllBank, BDO, RCBC, and UnionBank, who laid out the necessary requirements and options for home loans.
The ViCon’s second was just as informative as its first run with the real estate brands across Vista Land and Golden MV showcasing their latest condominiums and house and lot for sale. Brand representatives from all price points presented their best offerings at present. The list of real estate brands included Bria, Lessandra, and Lumina from the affordable segment; Camella and Camella Manors from the middle-income segment; Brittany, Crown Asia, and Vista Residences higher-income and luxury segments.
Also in the event are media partners from Business Mirror, BusinessWorld, Manila Bulletin, The Philippine Inquirer, The Philippine Start GMA PinoyTV, and the TFC.
With the success of The ViCon, the Villar Group promises more things to look forward to for its consumers soon. To learn more about Vista Land’s complete offerings, visit its official website.
