In early November, the Silang-Aguinaldo Interchange was officially opened. The interchange is strategically positioned at the junction of Silang and Aguinaldo Highway, which seamlessly connects CALAX, the Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), and the Aguinaldo Highway.
According to the CALAX concessionaire MPCALA Holdings Inc. (MHI), motorists can use the segment of the interchange at no cost from November 8 until further notice. MHI is the toll road arm of the Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, the same company behind NLEX Corporation (operating and maintaining the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX)).
